Because there's a lot to talk about, allow me to hit the critical information.

1) Our goal is a creator-owned co-operative streaming service and animation production house that will be focused on producing content which will be OWNED BY ITS CREATOR.

All rights of any produced materials will be owned by the creator, including character designs, story, writing, music, etc. The streaming service will merely maintain a limited distribution license, which will be negotiated on a per-project basis (with the creative teams' needs prioritized).

2) As with any CO-OP, the organization leadership will be determined with a yearly election, to make sure the direction of the organization is still going the way the creatives onboard desire.

3) As this is a project determined to help progress animation overall, this is *not* a children's network -- there will be an 18+ section, to allow creators to expand to create what they wish, understanding that animation is a medium, and for everybody.

4) A continually evolving Code-Of-Conduct ensures that not only are creeps actively not allowed to participate, but that the content will not promote hate-speech (naziism, transphobia, racism, etc) in any form. There are plenty of media locations where hate-speech is a selling point, but this is not one of them.

5) Every single person involved in a project will be credited for their work, not just high-level creators or team leads. EVERY person involved.

6) A yearly transparency report will be publicly released including financial reports, health reports, creative concerns, etc.

7) There will be both a staffed archival department for production materials, and an accessibility department.

8) Last note for now, because animation is hard and expensive to make, there will also be plenty of content including educational series, designed to both share how animation is made, and help people get into industry.
